KIKAI presents creative work, photographs, films, memes, biographical material, and related services. The site may change, pause, or remove features at any time.
Create with KIKAI
KIKAI is open to create. Anyone may use KIKAI in personal, non-commercial creative work, free and without asking first. To the extent we own or control the relevant rights, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to copy, share, modify, adapt, and use the KIKAI character and the creative assets we make available on this site, including Digitals and memes, for non-commercial creative work. Posting your work on your own social accounts is welcome.
Use KIKAI as she is or make your own interpretation. Tag @thisiskikai #kikai so Kikai and the community can discover what you’re building. Tagging is encouraged rather than a condition of this permission.
Commercial use
Commercial use of KIKAI needs a license from KIKAI. That includes commercial campaigns, advertising, sponsored posts, products and merchandise, paid client work, and anything else made to earn money or promote a business. For commercial projects, contact.
Work you published before October 17, 2026, under our earlier terms, keeps the permission it had when you published it.
Official KIKAI
Only work published by KIKAI on this site and on her official accounts is official. Community work is welcome, and it is yours, but it is not official KIKAI. Do not present your work as official, as her endorsement, or as a partnership unless KIKAI has agreed to it in writing.
Not allowed
Do not use KIKAI in sexual or sexually suggestive content, political campaigns or messaging, hateful, harassing, or defamatory content, or anything deceptive or unlawful. Do not use her to impersonate a real person or to suggest she is one. Where a platform asks, label AI-made work as AI-made.
Ownership
This permission does not transfer ownership of the original KIKAI assets. You retain any rights you hold in your own original contributions. Use of KIKAI does not automatically make your project an official partnership or endorsement. Do not falsely claim that it does.
We can only grant rights we own or control. Third-party music, trademarks, clothing designs, footage, and other material may require separate permission. This creative permission does not license the website’s software or grant exclusive rights to the KIKAI name or character.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse its APIs, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the site or its content in a deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful way.
Third-party services
The site may link to or connect with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other third-party services. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and KIKAI is not responsible for their availability or conduct.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, or error-free content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KIKAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
